Required Information for the TOB Declaration

To generate a valid PDF declaration for the Belgian "Taxe sur les Opérations de Bourse" (TOB), the Federal Public Service Finance requires specific identification details.

• National Number (Numéro National): This unique 11-digit identifier ensures the tax office attributes the payment to the correct taxpayer. It can be found on the back of your Belgian ID card.
• Role Declaration: Most individual investors should select "Instructing Party" (the person who placed the order). If you are filing on behalf of someone else, select "Representative".
